We offer a 365 day, 100% Money Back guarantee on all of our software products.

Events,

We have a 100% Money Back guarantee policy for all events but strictly adhere to the concept that you would know by ‘half time’ that you are not satisfied. If you pay for and attend one of our events and you decide the event was not what you expected or not as promoted let us know at or before the half-time point and we will refund 100% of your money.

If you book and pay for an event and do not turn up we do not give refunds.

If you book and pay for an event and then find out you can not attend and contact us more than 2 weeks prior to the event we will cancel your booking and refund all moneys paid.

If you book and pay for an event and then find out you can not attend and contact us less than 2 weeks prior to the event we can not offer a refund but we will offer seats at a similar future event if one is held.

Courses.

It is not possible to take back information that has been imparted so we only offer 100% refunds of money paid for educational courses delivered in regular installments prior to the first 30 days. You can cancel a course subscription after 30 days of commencing and prior to completion and no further money will be charged, but no money will be refunded.

Training.

We do not give refunds on professional training but we do offer outstanding support.
