Please help!
I have used your budget program since 2003, purchased a second copy when I purchased a new computer in 2009. I am having problems with that computer and can’t open my budget program. I have started computer in SAFE mode and accessed program files and tried to copy them onto flashdrive to put on my laptop. This hasn’t worked. Will I need to purchase a third copy of the program? I can’t live without it.

Definitely no need to purchase again. You can’t just copy it over to your new computer so I will send you a link to download it again.
I hope you managed to save a copy of a backup file or you will need to re-enter all your info which will be a
bit annoying (but worth it if you have to do that!).
