Success through Multi Level Marketing!

I was a little surprised at how tough things got in this story but there is certainly a happy ending and a few principles we can all learn from. I can imagine many people just giving up but that was not what happened here.


As Neville put it, he and his wife were on the 'skin of our butts' and unable to pay any bill fully.

We were trying to keep people happy by paying literally a few dollars of creditors bills.
Unfortunately it wasn't happening.

Neville had broken his back in a boating accident and was on sickness benefits. They were in huge
debts and there was absolutely no light at the end of the tunnel.

They decided enough was enough and tightened their belts even more. Neville literally begged the
doctor to take him off sickness benefits so he could get a job. The doctor finally agreed and Neville got a job in a shop (which he hated every minute of), but it was better than being on the benefit which was so demoralising.

In 1994/5 they were spending $15.00 per week on groceries and catching up on bills. Every single
cent was budgeted for and never compromised.

They had 2 little pre-school children that had to be properly cared for and fed in order to grow up healthy. Neville's wife became awesome at making meals out of almost nothing.

They cannot remember what year it was, but they joined a multi level marketing company called Omegatrend (as shoppers only at first). It then dawned on them that if they joined the 'business side' of Omegatrend they would get paid for doing exactly what they were already doing (shopping), so they upgraded their membership to the business and that helped put more food on the table.

They obviously put a lot of effort into showing other people how to benefit in the same way they were because on the 15th of September 2000 they attained the level in Omegatrend of Executive Club
and qualified for a bonus of $2000.

For Neville and his wife this was huge, but to their total surprise and disbelief it was Omegatrend's
birthday month and all incomes paid that month were doubled.

They were presented on stage with a cheque for a massive $4000. They cried & cried because they
just knew that this was their turning point. (Still brings tears to Neville's eyes today).

Neville says; 'We have never looked back and God willing we never will.

It was not easy to build the business but it was certainly worthwhile. Not just monetary wise but also from a point of view of self confidence, self discipline and life-long friendships.

As a result of Omegatrend, we have got our personal lives, our marriage and our finances back on track.

We are amazed by Simply Budgets and look forward with anticipation to the e-mails coming

Neville's tips:- Without a clear-cut goal, anywhere will do. Without a clear-cut budget - any spending
will do. A budget is a goal to be attained. When you attain your goal you don't ever give it away - you better it. A goal reached is not the end - it is the beginning. Through hell or high waters you do NOT give up on your goals and you do NOT let anybody for any reason steal your dreams.

you could join and none of them give money away without you first putting in some worthwhile effort.
