Simply Budgets Version Log 1st January 2015 - Version 2.019 1. Disallowed a user to enter Days of Month in decending order for Frequency 'Twice a Month'. 2. Resolved an issue that could occur if a user deleted all their savings items. The savings amount remained in memory and was displayed on the Budget Details screen even though it did not actually exist. 8th May 2014 - Version 2.018 1. Closed a possible date encoding error by disallowing users to enter a day of month larger than 31. 2. Resolved a bug that was causing miscalculation of the Ideal Regular Plan when an additional income has an end date or a delayed start date. 7th April 2013 1. The last update solved one problem but created another. An error message was occuring when creating a new Credit Card account. This was fixed. 17th February 2013 - Version 2.017 1. A number of loopholes were closed to stop users getting 'Date Encode' errors. Also a minor issue with the Irregular Transactions form re-opening after it was closed was fixed. 15th July 2012 - Version 2.016 1. This patch overcomes an error that causes a Floating Point Division by Zero error due to a missing frequency in the savings items table. 29th June 2012 version 2.015 1. An error was causing the software to lock up after viewing the Budget Report or Budget Calendar and returning to the Regular Transactions list before going back to view the Budget. This was fixed. 2nd January 2012 Version 2.014 1. An error was found to be causing the Credit Card Statements dates tio generate incorectly if the budget was rolled forward to begin in December. This was fixed. 3rd October 2011 Version 2.013 1. An error was fixed that could cause a date encoding error if a user had a number of items on their Long Term list were all at the life expectancy (E.g. If the life span of the refrigerator was 10 years and the current age was 10yrs). 2. The link on the Regular Planner that takes you to the lowest balance transaction was not functioning correctly. This was also repaired. 3. There was a possible date encode error if the day of the month for interest earnt on savings was set to day 29, 30 or 31. This was repaired. 14th September 2011 Version 2.12 An error in the restore routine that affected a very small number of Version 1 users restoring older budgets into V2 was fixed. An error was fixed where the 'interest day of month ' could cause a date encoding error if it was set to a number higher than 28 (e.g. could not create the 29th of Feb). An error in the roll-over procedure that missed rolling forward transactions that occured one day before the new budgets start date was fixed. 7th August 2011 Version 2.012 Minor changes were made to the way the start date is imported from a version 1 budget backup to stop start date innacuracies. This was also affecting some user's budget reports, cutting off the first day's transactions. Another minor change addressed a possible error that could occur with the calculation of interest earnt in a savings account. 5th July 2011 Version 2.011 Update released to introduce, improve or resolve the following issues. Budget Calendar was not always displaying the correct balances. This was fixed. Problem with Roll-Over clearing out ALL 'This Time Only' transactions even if their date had not yet passed. 'Search Account Register' Icon that had been dropped from V1 was re-introduced due to customer request. 'End Date' was made unavailable for Primary Income as it had the ability to cause confusion. Line of Credit details were not removable - This was fixed. 'Key Violation' error in Irregular Transactions was found and fixed. Backup on Exit was made to work properly; was not displaying on exit. In certain situations transactions that occured on the same day were being sorted and displayed in the wrong order so the balances were incorrect within a specific date. This was fixed. The Income and Expenses report graph was displaying incorrect values. This was fixed. 'From' and 'To' options were added to a number of the Print reports. 18th May 2011 Number of days was found to be creating all of it's transactions on the same day. Decision was taken to change the Additional Income so that if a user increased the amount of any item on the Additional Income list then the full amount of that income item would be applied to the budget regardless of how much was previously allocated. 16th May 2011 V2.01 released to general public. 27 April 2011 Final Beta Release of Simply Budgets V2 Minor change to control file. Various minor bugs sorted. Completion of training resource files. V2.0 March 2011 1st Beta release of Simply Budgets V2
